No Return & No Exchange Policy
All purchases made on www.humidry.in are final.
We follow a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy in accordance with government regulations and product safety standards.
The products sold on our website cannot be re-sealed once opened, making them non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Therefore:

- Products cannot be exchanged
- Refunds are not applicable once the order is delivered

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

Once a cancellation request is received, we will process it within a maximum of 2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation is completed.
Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
Once the cancellation request is approved:
- The order will be cancelled.
- The refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment
If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation may not be possible.
Case 1: Prepaid Orders
If the order has already been dispatched and is in transit, the cancellation request cannot be processed.
Case 2: Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders
If the order has already been dispatched and is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled, but the customer may refuse the delivery. In such cases, minimal handling or courier charges may apply.
If the shipment is returned to our warehouse, the refund will be processed only after the product is received and verified at our warehouse.
Important Note
- Individual products within a kit or set cannot be cancelled, replaced, or returned.
